Yes! We offer an extra service that includes professional makeup and hairstyling for both men and women. You can easily add this service to your booking if needed.
We currently don't offer Ao Dai rental, but we can recommend a trusted rental shop near your accommodation. You can easily visit, try on different styles, and choose your favourite from plenty of lovely options at affordable prices!
Not at all! If you're not sure where to go, our local photographer will suggest the best spots based on your preferred style and schedule. If you already have some places on your wishlist, feel free to share them in our group chat so the photographer can consider and plan the best itinerary for you.
It depends on your preferred concept, schedule, and the weather. We usually recommend shooting in the morning (8-10AM) or late afternoon (3-5PM), when the light is smooth and the weather is more comfortable. If you have a preferred time, feel free to share it in our group chat so the photographer can help arrange the most suitable schedule for you.
- Rescheduling: We are flexible. You can easily discuss rescheduling with your photographer in the group chat in case of bad weather or unexpected changes in your plans. - Cancellation: Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
Absolutely! Our photographers are experienced and friendly; they will guide you through poses, expressions, and angles throughout the session. Even if this is your first time, we will help you feel comfortable and look natural in front of the camera!
- Raw Photos: Your photographer will send you a link to all raw photos within 3 days after the photoshoot. - Edited Photos: If you select the photos yourself, your professionally edited photos will be delivered within 7 days after your selection. If you prefer our photographer to select the photos for you, they will be delivered within 10 days after the photoshoot.
