At Potonow, we believe in seamless communication. From the moment you book until the final delivery, we are with you every step of the way.

Confirm Your Booking

Your booking is confirmed! We'll send a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.

Step 2

Meet in WhatsApp

We'll create a WhatsApp group with your photographer so you can easily discuss the meeting point, timing, and photoshoot details.

Step 3

Personalize Your Experience

Share your ideas, preferred style, or must-have shots. We'll also recommend outfits and help plan a photoshoot that fits your vibe.

Step 4

Time to Shine

Meet your photographer at the agreed location and enjoy exploring the city while we capture your story.

Step 5

Take Home Your Memories

- Raw Photos: You'll receive a link to all raw photos within 3 days after your photoshoot. - Edited Photos: Your professionally edited photos will be delivered within 7 days after you select your favorites, or within 10 days after the shoot if you choose to let your photographer make the selection.

The right outfit can make a big difference in your photos. Here are a few simple tips to help you look and feel your best.

  • Dress to Match Your Style Choose something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Soft colors, simple patterns, and outfits that match the atmosphere of Vietnam's streets tend to photograph beautifully. Interested in wearing a traditional Áo Dài? Just let us know - we'll be happy to help you find the right one.
  • Bring a Few Fun Accessories A few small accessories can make your photos feel even more personal. A hat, sunglasses, a bouquet of flowers, or a transparent umbrella can add variety and create beautiful moments in your photos.
  • Travel Light For the most enjoyable experience, we recommend leaving large luggage or heavy bags at your hotel. Bringing only your essentials makes it easier to explore, move between locations, and enjoy your photoshoot.
